By downloading and playing ENBaskın you accept these terms. In short: play fair, respect others and don't try to break the game.

The service

ENBaskın is a free mobile game offered by independent developer Muzaffer Akdokur. The game is currently in closed testing: features may change, progress may be reset during testing and the service may be interrupted from time to time.

Your account

• Your account is a guest account tied to your device; you may optionally link it to an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your device and password safe.
• Your account can be signed in on one device at a time.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred or used on someone else's behalf.

Virtual currency and items

• Credits and gems are virtual units used only inside the game, with no real-money value; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
• Weapons and characters you obtain give you a licence to use them in the game; you don't acquire ownership of them.
• There are currently no real-money purchases. If they are added, the terms will be stated here and on the store page.

Prohibited

The following are prohibited and may lead to your account being closed without notice:

• Using cheats, bots, aimbots or software that modifies the game
• Exploiting bugs in the game or server, tampering with requests or overloading the server
• Player names containing insults, hate speech or someone else's personal information
• Trying to access another player's account

Intellectual property

The game's name, logo, code, visuals and sounds belong to Muzaffer Akdokur or his licensors. Some models and textures in the game come from openly licensed (e.g. CC0) or licensed third-party packs.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from bugs during testing, data loss or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (how). We may close accounts that break these terms.
