You can have your account and game data deleted at any time. Deletion cannot be undone: your level, credits, gems, weapons and characters you bought, stats and badges are all lost.
Your account is closed at that moment, your session ends and the copy on your phone is cleared. An internet connection is required.
If you can't access the app, write to enbaskin@edumanetworks.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your player code.
The player code is shown on the profile screen, just above the account buttons, as OYUNCU KODU ABCD-EFGH. If you linked your account to an email, writing from that address is enough. Don't share your code with others. Requests are handled within 7 days.
Your account is closed immediately: it can no longer be used and your profile and stats are not shown anywhere. The account data is kept on the server for 30 days and then automatically and permanently deleted. These 30 days exist for abuse and cheating investigations and legal obligations; the data is not used for anything else.
Server access logs (IP address, request time) are not tied to your account and are deleted automatically within 14 days. Details in the privacy policy.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; reinstall on the same phone and you're back in it. After deleting your account, opening the game again creates a brand-new account; the closed account and its progress are not restored.
