ENBaskın

Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

You don't need to give a name, email address, phone number or password to play ENBaskın; linking your account to an email is optional. The game only collects what it needs to recognise your account and keep your progress. It shows no ads, never sells your data and never shares it with ad networks.

Who is responsible

ENBaskın is developed and published personally by independent developer Muzaffer Akdokur, who is the controller of your data. For any question or request about this policy: enbaskin@edumanetworks.com.

What we don't collect

Data stored on your device

A copy of your settings (sound, sensitivity, control layout) and progress is kept on your phone so you can play offline. Uninstalling the game removes these files.

Third parties

The game is built with the Unity engine. Unity may collect anonymous hardware and performance statistics about the devices the engine runs on (such as device model, OS version and GPU); this does not identify you and is covered by Unity Technologies' own privacy policy. Apart from that, the game contains no third-party analytics, advertising or social-network libraries.

Your game data is stored on servers operated by the developer. It is not shared with or sold to any other company, and is not handed to any authority unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete your account. When you delete it, your account is closed immediately; your player record and match results are kept for 30 more days (for abuse investigations and legal obligations) and are then automatically and permanently deleted. Email requests are handled within 7 days. Technical logs are deleted automatically within 14 days. See delete account.

Security

The connection between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). The database is not reachable from outside and can only be used by the game server, with a password. Your account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on another device ends the previous session.

Children

ENBaskın is an action game with combat and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete the account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Turkey's KVKK — you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Send requests to enbaskin@edumanetworks.com together with the player code shown on your profile; we reply within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Legal basis (GDPR): performance of a contract for running your account and the game, and legitimate interests for security and anti-cheat.

Changes

If we change this policy, the current version is published on this page and the date at the top changes. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.
